bluemage55 05-01-07, 07:53 PM	You do not understand this correctly. Empower Power only increases the variable, numeric effects. Temporal acceleration has no variable effects. Twin Power would result in two castings with the same duration that begin running at the same time, so there would be no added benefit. So in reality you are only getting 13 rounds of apparent time. Furthermore, you can't actually attack your opponent during those rounds, so mostly it's only good for buffing or running away. Also, you cannot enter an antimagic field or null psionics field (which is a standard Permanent Emanation by level 50), nor can you enter an area with an epic ward against temporal acceleration (or simply all 6th-level and lower effects).
