Ok so I'm looking at Mythals (And the spell seeds) and nowhere do they say they are, or are not mobile.

No, I'm not talking about little coin mythals you can take around, I'm talking about like the Floating Cities of Ancient Netheril. If they had mobility to move (Fly) around, did they take their Mythal with them?

Typically as I understand it you anchor it to a point and it moves with that point, so I'd say yes, it would move with a floating city of Nethreil.

The floating cities of Ancient Netheril were not dependant on mythals.

They were powered by mythallars, which powered quasi-magical items that could be created without expending xp.

To the Netherese, mythals, and all other epic spells as we know them today were solely the province of the elves. The Netherese instead relied on 10th level and higher magic for their most powerful spells until Karsus's Folly led to the restructuring of the Weave.

Actually, the Netherese did have access to mythals via the Lfeber's weave mythal spell.

That's actually quite interesting. I wasn't aware of it.

Is it in the original set on Netheril?

Indeed, Netheril: Empire of Magic. They were inferior to the elven "True mythals", but they'd still use the mythal seed in 3E.
