Neratos 04-01-07, 10:39 PM	Is there a limit on SR? From what i can see the SR 40 mantle fallows the normal progression for SR costs. So would a SR 60 item really only cost 500k (250k and 60k xp to craft)?
bluemage55 04-02-07, 12:51 AM	First, the pricing for SR is based on (SR-12)*10,000 gp. Secondly, the xp costs for epic items is Market Price / 100 +10,000 xp. Thus, a SR 60 item would cost 480,000 gp and would require 14,800 xp to craft. However, the CL of this item would be 48, meaning that it would require a 48th-level character at the minimum to create. Edit: Rob caught my error.
rob_douglas 04-02-07, 12:52 AM	The caster level should be a limit as well - you should need a minimum level of SR-12 to make a particular mantle. But yes, it does not suffer from the Epic cost factor of x10, but it does require Epic crafting with caster level above 20th, so starting with SR33 and on up. ROB
