While browsing the Epic feats, I noticed Bonus Domain. It's prerequisites are only the ability to cast 9th level divine spells and high wisdom. Correct me if I am wrong, but doesn't that mean that people who cast divine spells, but don't have domains (mainly thinking Druids) now can get them? How would that work exactly?

It may not mention it in the prerequisites, but it does say
'an ADDITIONAL domain' almost everywhere in the feat's description.
This means you must have a domain from a Deity already...
and so that rules out almost anything other than Cleric.

That could be interpreted as being that Druids and such have only 0 domains. Since they don't have domains slots, I'd just have them add the spells to their spell list.

Won't that mean that druids only get the benefit of the domain power, but not the bonus spells, since they lack the bonus domain slot to memorize them in?:P

I don't remember exactly what they are, but Complete Divine already has written rules for non-clerics (both arcane and divine) to gain domains.

That wouldn't be unreasonable, as spending an epic feat on a single domain granted power would sometimes be valuable for a druid, but rarely overpowering.
