I'm making up a time lord template. I got some of the ideas from the epic bestiary immortals book as far as the layout.
This is just the transformation to a time lord, the level progression is a time lord epic prestige class itself.
Time Lord Template
A time Lord Template is something granted by true Time lords (Time Lords over 100 H.D.) to beings that they wish to become special sentinels of time and space, beyond that of the god’s authority.

Prerequisites:
Creature must be immortal and epic level

Size and Type: The base creature’s size and type remains the same.
Hit Dice: Time lords have maximum hit points.
Speed: The base creatures speed triples for all movement types
Armor class: The Time lord receives an insight bonus equal to wisdom modifier and a deflection bonus equal to its charisma modifier to its armor class.

Special Attacks:
•Spell like abilities: at will – True strike, Alter self, read object, Foresight;

Special Qualities:
• Abatement (Su): The time lord ignores the first attack or spell cast against them each and every round.

•Damage reduction (Su): A time lord gains damage reduction as follows:
- 20th -30th level DR 20/greater magic (+3)
- 31st -40th level DR 20/High magic (+5)
- 41st -50th level DR 20/epic (+6)

• Immunities: (Ex): Time lords are immune to all aging effects, all time effects such as time stop, slow, etc… all mind influencing effects such as charm or domination, as well as any mind effecting spells or abilities.

• Protective aura (Su): This aura projects the time lord one second into the future at all times. Thus giving him a non-detection aura even from immortals, (except those looking into the future) also giving the time lord a 50% miss chance (From being in the future…. Does not stack with any other miss chances)

• Resistance’s (Ex): Electricity 10, fire 10, cold 10, acid 10
• Spell Resistance (Su): A time lord will have a SR of 10 plus the creatures Hit Dice/Levels
• Time jump (Su): A split second before being struck by a blow or affected spell which would end their life, the time lord is automatically sent up to 24 hours into the past or future (Character’s choice) roll 2d12 to see how many hours.
• Time Sense (Ex): Time Lords are constantly aware of what time period they are in, from the year to the exact second.
• Read object (Sp): not only determine items powers by holding them, but some history as well.

Saves: Time Lords gain a saving throw bonus equal to their Wisdom bonus
Abilities: Time Lords gain +12 to strength, +10 to Wisdom, and +8 to Constitution, Dexterity, Intelligence, and charisma.
Skills: +20 to Knowledge checks of history, otherwise, same as base creature
Feats: Same as base creature
Environment: Temporal prime
Alignment: Any
Advancement: As per time lord
Level Adjustment: 1 level upon attaining time lord initiate.

You do know that Time Lords, High Lords, and the like will be fully detailed in the soon-to-be-released Immortals Handbook: Ascension, correct? They're also a hell of a lot stronger than what you have here. By like orders of 1000. A TL can't have UNDER I belive either 320 or 640 hd.

As far as your template goes, I;m assuming the end result is something quite stronger, yes? Because those DR and resistances are a non-subject at that level.

Is this actually for use with the IH? Or is this something for a campaign of your own? Because TL's are far above both immortals and epic level characters. And Sidereals (overgods). They're sentient universes. They should probably have more than 100HD considering an intemediate deity has around 100hd by IH rules.

Of course, if you're not using said system, then ignore any of those comments.

Yea, I've been waiting on Ascention for months now, it keeps getting pushed back so I'm not holding my breath to see it any time soon.
This is more of a "sentinal" for time lords, sort of an "initiate", not true time lords which I called "High lords" in my campaign. Just some one to handle their "Light" duties.... Maybe like a Herald or something.
I would love to see something on time lords though....

^Yeah who wouldn't:P I think, THINK, mind you, that it's going to be released within the next week or two. At least that what his site/forum seems to imply.

And don't Time Lords have Neutronium Golems for that kind of work :D

Did you ever think of giving them Slipstream so they can't be taken advantage of by Timestop? Seems to fit your concept. Especially since, by RAW, you can't be IMMUNE to TIme Stop since its a perosnal buff.

At first, I thought this was kind of weak, but for 1 level, its pretty damn good. Is that right? If so, this is actually a template worth taking. Nice work.

Yea, it's supposed to be considered 1st level time lord initiate or sentinal.
I guess the neutron golems are for more serious matters....
By the way, I loved your God Slayer prestige class, planning on borrowing it for an upcoming adventure.
Something like: someone put a hit on a god, or gods and the "Garrotte" somehow brings two god slayers (Storm giant versions you made) from an alternate reality to do the job.

^Nice. It's awesome to see my work being made use of. If that goes through, i'd love to hear about it. Obviously its not fully IH compatible, but a little tweaking shoudl fix that. Good luck and happy deicide!:D

Don't forget to use the old Chronomancer stuff that's out. Most of it was for 2E, but there are a lot of good ideas there.
