I'm sure this has probably been brought up before, but can a "Wish" spell be cast successfully on a gods home plane?
example: On jotenhiem, (Asgard) could a PC cast wish to turn an area of ice into water, say large enough to trip an Xixaecal? Without Thyrm or Loki allowing it to happen?
I'm not sure if changing the landscape, even slightly would be permissable or not without the governing dieties permission.
Then again, would wishes cast on another plane be soley granted by the governing diety, or would it be simply a powerful spell?

A god can impede a Wish spell in their divine realms, but I don't see anything explicitly saying they can stop it. It takes them all of 10 minutes for them to change terrain back after it's been affected by something, though, and the temperature can be changed even faster. Not to mention that they can use their own SDAs to further control their divine realms.
