| ReneBS02-17-07, 11:45 AM | I'm a bit uncertain when dealing with sneak attacks and being flat footed. Imagine a hasted rogue making a full-round attack on his flat footed opponent (he has two or more attacks). Will all his attacks benefit from sneak attack damage? Or is it only the first attack of the series of attacks? I am aware that only the first attack of a volley-type attack (multishot etc) benefits from sneak attack damage and this is the reason of my uncertainty. Thanks for any help. |

IF you get multiple attacks, from high BAB, dual-wielding, a weapon with the Speed enhncement, etc., each attack that connects gets SA damage applied to it. |

Attacking an opponent that is flat-footed, such as in the first round of combat, before he's had an action, usually grants this. Note that if the opponent has Uncanny Dodge, he retains his Dex bonus to AC even if flat-footed, and thus no sneak attack damage. Shooting from concealment will give this on the first shot; after that first shot, you're no longer concealed, and so the remainder of your shots will not gain sneak attack damage. Clear enough? |

Also, check out the Ascetic Rogue feat from Complete Adventurer - full sneak attack AND Unarmed damage progression. Full flurry with sneak attacks? Yes please! |

Assuming he hits multiple times, yes, he could. A level 20 rogue using TWF with two daggers, with ITWF and GTWF, would get six attacks. EVERY attack that hits gets the full 10d6 of extra SA damage, in addition to whatever damage he does with his daggers. |
