Hehehehehe! I just had a great idea! What could/would somebody do with an extremely powerful adhesive! I'll start us off.

1. While a mage is sleeping, glue his spellbook shut.
2. While your friends are sleeping, glue their bedrolls to the ground.
3. Glue a flawless gem to a busy street.
4. Glue all your stuff down in your house. Thieves will find it very difficult to steal from you.

That's all I can think of for right now.

11. Sneak into the evil king's throne room in the middle of the night and put Sovereign Glue all over his throne. When he sits down, he's stuck, and much easier to kill.
(I'm sure there's a joke in here somewhere about sticking a sovereign to a chair with Sovereign Glue, but I can't find it.)

12. Glue the doors, windows, etc. to the BBEG's hideout/lair/etc. shut. Set in on fire. Roast marshmallows.

13. Glue the Fighter's sword in his scabbard. Useless, but amusing.

14. Glue a full mug of ale to the bar of a tavern. Invite the nearest Dwarf to have a drink. Enjoy.

15. Glue the Gnome's stupid goggles to his face.

16. Glue the Druid's squirrel companion to the Fighter's Greatsword.

17. Glue the Druid to the Fighter's Greatsword.

18. Glue metal all over the Druid in his sleep so that, when he wakes up, he loses all of his Druidic powers.

19. Glue Unholy/Holy symbols to the Holy/Unholy Cleric's armor. Laugh.

20. Put Sovereign Glue all over the outside of the Rogue's gloves. Gives a new meaning to the term "stickfingers."

21. Apply to feet, then use helm of teleportation to land on the back of the colossal red dragon

(Actually happened in a game I DMed. I decided that where he was he could only by hit by the dragon's tail - which was still enough to knock him out eventually. The dragon could have crushed him too, but had too many other concerns to waste a whole round trying to get rid of the relatively inconsequential dwarf off of his back.)

23. Apply to the Rangers bowstring/ halflings sling.

24. Any food source between the Barbarians eyes....

Sovereign Glue

This pale amber substance is thick and viscous. Because of its particular powers, it can be contained only in a flask whose inside has been coated with 1 ounce of salve of slipperiness, and each time any of the bonding agent is poured from the flask, a new application of the salve of slipperiness must be put in the flask within 1 round to prevent the remaining glue from adhering to the side of the container. A flask of sovereign glue, when found, holds anywhere from 1 to 7 ounces of the stuff (1d8-1, minimum 1), with the other ounce of the flask’s capacity taken up by the salve of slipperiness. One ounce of this adhesive covers 1 square foot of surface, bonding virtually any two substances together in a permanent union. The glue takes 1 round to set. If the objects are pulled apart (a move action) before that time has elapsed, that application of the glue loses its stickiness and is worthless. If the glue is allowed to set, then attempting to separate the two bonded objects has no effect, except when universal solvent is applied to the bond. (Sovereign glue is dissolved by universal solvent.)

Strong transmutation; CL 20th; Craft Wondrous Item, make whole; Price 2,400 gp (per ounce).

so.. never. have fun!
