Any ideas on how to mimic spells with mundane items?

1) Acid arrow: an inflated animal bladder(4gp), two acid flasks (20 gp), pour acid into bladder and throw

2) Acid fog: fire, 2 acid flasks/level (20 gp/level), put the acid flasks (still closed) into the fire.

3) Acid orb: water, acid flask (10 gp), evenly split the acid into two, refill back to top with water. Enough for two acid orbs.

flour + match = fireball
comb & piece of nylon = lightning bolt
metal rod + thunderstorm = lightning bolt
bucket of hot soapy water & hanging line = prestidigitation (sp?) (clean clothes)
water, the ground & your hands = shape earth
lots of heat & pressure = flesh to stone (petrified wood) :) (might be wrong on the heat & pressure, but you get the idea)
flour = glitterdust
oil = grease
coal, sulphur, salt peter, clay jar & a candle wick = delayed fireball
traditional English butler = unseen servant
handful of grit = blind
