How is the Belt of Magnificience +6 only 200,000? It's from the minitures Hand Book and when I priced it, taking a normal +6 enhancement bonus item and multiplied it by 6 it came out to 216,000 GP.

Also, on another note. If I owned an amulet of mighty fists and also had a +5 natural weapons with the defending ability. Beggining of my turn i pump the 5 on my nat weapon into AC does the amulet of mighty fists kick in?

Becasue the pricing guidelines are to use when there Isn't an item that already does what your looking for. Its not a guideline for items that already exist.

How exactly are you getting a +5 on your natuaral weapons and defending ability? The amulet doesnt "kick in" when something specifcly happens. The amulet is active any time you wear it granting a +1 to +5 to attack and damage for nat weaps and unarmed attacks

As aKensai his weapons are imbued, and maybe kick in was the wrong phrasing, but would it be affected by the amulet since they weapon doesnt have a +5 bonus to hit and damage anymore?

I remember someone (maybe a designer) justifying the "discount" in price for this item on the basis that the +6 to all stats is not as useful for one PC to another. Essentially, the +6 boost to your dump stat (or stats) isn't that "valuable" thus the reduction in price.

My personal belief: It was priced at 200k to avoid hitting epic level magic item pricing. As an aside, I think your calculations by the guidelines are a bit off.

+6 stat raising item = 36k.
For multiple bonuses on one item, 50% increase in cost for subsequent enhancements.

So 36k for the first enhancement.
270k for the next five enhancements (180k + 50% = 270k)

So 306,000 gold for an item like this under the DMG guidelines (without taking into account whether the enhancements are slotted properly).

Because the MH is the most broken, idiotic, and useless D&D book ever printed. I'm against book-burning, but this is one case I'd make an exception for, had I been suckered into buying one.

Where Exactly is this at?
Several people have mentioned this, and I have yet to see it anywhere in my books.

Epic Level Handbook page 123.

Ah thanks, never saw that particular line.
Personally I would ignore that particular line for certain magic items, robes that belong to powerful Wizards or Clerics.
Hmm, that means I should revise the price on about half a dozen or so magic items.

Yes, so broken that about 80% of it has been reprinted in other books?

You're a tool.

Miniature Handbook broken? I don't think so.
When it was released, it was a bit powerful.
But with so many new splatbooks, it's far from broken.

Nope. When it came out, a friend let me read his copy once through.

Off hand, I can remember hating:
Marshal
Favored Soul
Warmage
Marshal
Havoc Mage
Belt of Magnificence
Marshal

I don't even remember feeling any particular animosity regarding the War Hulk - broken though it may be.

And that's in addition to the fact that it's the minatures handbook and I friggin' hate minatures - not the physical object, the strategy...game...thing - whatever you want to call it.

It's a 172 page book. Miniature rules don't start until page 72. That's a little under half of the book that was written for normal D&D.

Sure. You used to have 2 +5 enhancement bonusses to your natural weapons who did not stack. One of the two falls away when the defending ability was used, but the other is still active. I'm curious how you got a defending natural weapon, though.

I believe that the Kensai PrC could manage it.

Yes.
The enhancement bonuses overlap.
So when one goes away, the other still stands.
