ALso, I have the great rend feat. WHich means that when I hit with both claws I do rend damage(1d4+1.5str) however the shifter savagry feat increases my claw damage to 1d8 when raging. So, while I know htat if I were a monster the rend would be 1d8+1.5str the feat specifically states 1d4. SO does my rend damage improve?

Which one of these is my primary attack?I can't find a clear cut answer by the RAW, but based on the lycanthrope hybrid form, your claws would be the primary attack and the bite would be the secondary. Though there is a precedent of creatures already having a primary attack and gaining another primary attack. The one that immediately comes to mind is the vampire. In that case the vampire can only use one of those attacks in a full attack. The other may not be used even as a secondary attack.ALso, I have the great rend feat. WHich means that when I hit with both claws I do rend damage(1d4+1.5str)...If you're referring to the feat in the Eberron Campaign Setting (I don't know if any other versions of the feat exist elsewhere), the damage is 1d4 + 0.5 x str, not x1.5.... however the shifter savagry feat increases my claw damage to 1d8 when raging. The feat specifically states 1d4, so no increased damage, but talk to your DM. (S)He may rule differently.
