Catra 04-23-05, 11:10 AM	I doubt it; It says "at least", meaning the minimum requirement to have any number of special abilities is a +1 enhancement--because this enhancement is magical, and it provides a "foundation" for the abilities to stand on.
tarkin 04-23-05, 11:19 AM	You are alllowed to have a +1 Brilliant sword (cost as a +5), it does not need to be a +4 Brilliant sword (cost as +8)
