09-06-04, 07:24 AM I happened to cast Obscuring Mist (http://www.systemreferencedocuments.org/35/theraven_stephenh/spells/Obscuring_Mist.html). While inside the area of the mist that has 100% concealment, do I suffer a movement penalty like if it was dark (1/2 move or 3/4 move if you have Blind-fighting (http://www.systemreferencedocuments.org/35/theraven_stephenh/feats/BLIND-FIGHT.html) feat)?
