Ok a wagon is 2x3 squares and has a low wall that can be used as cover if the wagon is empty.

If you attack from the wagon you get a +1 to hit from higher ground.

If prone in the wagon you have total cover.

If kneeling in the wagon you have improved cover.

You may crawl under the wagon and use it as cover, or sleep under it.

Anything else I'm missing?

You forgot to give the HP/hardness of the wagon. Hardness whatever wood has, HP however thick it is times the HP/inch of wood.

I believe wood has hardness 5 and 8 hitpoints per inch.

So I guess the walls of the wagon would have 16 hitpoints (2 inches) before a face is gone.

The wagon is actually a 2x3x2 object, whereby the lower corners are the wheels.Side View Top View Front/back view

XXI guess, you can also put a wagon cover that provides total concealment to those inside the wagon like this:Side View Top View Front/Back View
CC
XXX -> XX ^ CC
W W CC | XX
CC WWX = 5 Hardness, 16 Hitpoints; C = Total Concealment, cavas, W = 5 Hardness, 8 hitpoints wheels

So...what's your question that you haven't already answered?

(as I let go the volley of flaming arrows at your wagon)
