A griffon flies over me...I pull out my Tanglefoot bag and throw.

1. What happens?
2. What if the creature was sized medium or smaller?
3. What if the creature is sized Huge or larger, I believe they ignore it right?

Unless it hits the flying creatures wings, there really is nothing to say here. MAYBE move fly maneuverability one spot lower for wind resistance? But that's all I can see.

From the official SRD:
Huge or larger creatures are unaffected by a tanglefoot bag. A flying creature is not stuck to the floor, but it must make a DC 15 Reflex save or be unable to fly (assuming it uses its wings to fly) and fall to the ground
