3d6 scale to? [Archive] - Wizards Community

12-01-06, 10:19 AM If an ogre takes Monkey grip and uses a Greatsword, what does his 3d6 scale to? :confused:

3d6 + 1d8, 4d6, or maybe 3d8?

3d6 promotes to 4d6. Base weapon damage never uses more than one die type.
