4 armed equipment? [Archive] - Wizards Community

03-09-05, 02:41 PM Okay I have a few questions about 4 armed races (such as thri-kreen) and equipment rules. Firstly is gloves, can they wear 2 pairs or do they need 4 gloves in order to gain the benefits? The same question for rings and braces as well can they wear 4 or do they simply need more to gain the benefits?

03-09-05, 02:50 PM Personally, I'd rule no. As I see it the two-rings rule indicates that the magical fields of 2+ rings would interfere, so arms makes no difference. You can wear two rings, period, not one ring per hand.

As I've no experience working with multi-limbed characters, though, I've no idea how that corresponds to the official ruling.
