500 ft. Darkvision magic item!!! [Archive] - Wizards Community

03-07-06, 02:22 PM Okay I checked Monte Cook's Website for errata on this item he had in one of his sourcebooks and there was none listed so I am assuming that this is a correctly priced item.
For 30000gp I can get this and have 500ft darkvision and see 4x as far as a human in low-light conditions.

What do you think?

03-07-06, 03:11 PM I think as a DM I would hate to have that item in my campaign, particularly considering the range of spells & archery, and the fact that even the most perceptive creatures max out at around 120 feet.
