02-05-06, 06:40 PM You can find a good list of weapons online here (http://realmshelps.dandello.net/cgi-bin/weapons.pl?all). It's a pretty comprehensive list comprising weapons from many sourcebooks and even some issues of Dragon.

As for the "Legendary items", I think what you're thinking about are Weapons of Legacy. It's a book that Wizards released fairly recently, and AFAIK in it are magic weapons and armour that gain abilities and powers as you gain levels, but they come at steep costs.

02-05-06, 08:33 PM Weapons of Legacy. I thought I read somewhere in the book that your weapon of Legacy could possibly be just a masterwork weapon at one point and has you gain levels and take the right feats then it becomes the Legacy magical weapon?
I'm not sure about that but somewhere in my head I remember something close to this.

02-06-06, 12:23 AM It reccomends that the starting item be no more than a +1 because of the significant amount of power gained as the weapon grows with your character.

02-06-06, 12:37 AM thx Kal isn't there a REQ. for the legacy feat that you have to be a certain level also? My book isn't here right now or I could look it up and post meself.

The legacy feats are bonus feats that you get after completing the appropriate legacy rituals and paying the required costs. In spite of the name, you dont burn three of your feats to get a legacy item.

The rituals and the costs (in addition to your level) are the "prereqs" for these "feats."
