03-24-06, 10:53 PM Have there been any updates of Arms and Equipment Guide stuff? Specifically, I'm curious as to whether or not there'd be any change to the weapon enhancements Quickloading and Proficient. Any ideas? Help would be much appreciated.

03-25-06, 01:38 AM I haven't seen Quickloading anywhere, but Proficient is Complete Arcane under the name Skillful with the change that it only applies to melee weapons but also increases your BAB to 3/4 your level (if it isn't higher already) when you use that weapon.
