I've been looking around at d20srd.com and in my own books, but there's a few things I'm still lacking an answer in.

Can i cast two spells/spell-like abilities in a round, by giving up my move action?
Retrieving ammo from a pouch/quiver is a free action, but loading a weapon isn't? So i have to spend a free action for the ammo, a move action to load, a standard action to fire? Is there a difference between Crossbows and regular bows in loading time?
Can i run in combat? If so, only straight, or however I'd like?

1. No. You can not trade a move action for any thing like an attack, a spell, or a spell like ability.

2. 'Loading' a bow is a free action. That includes removing the ammo from the container and getting it ready for use in the bow. Loading crossbows and guns takes more time.

3. You can run in combat, it must be in a straight line. Otherwise you are restricted to doing a double move, which does not have to be in a straight line.

So, i can trade a standard action for a move action then?

Can i cast two spells/spell-like abilities in a round, by giving up my move action? No. In a round you have either: a full round action, two move actions, or a move action and a standard action. It takes a standard action to cast most spells (there are exceptions, read the casting time entry for each spell) and use spell-like abilities.

Retrieving ammo from a pouch/quiver is a free action, but loading a weapon isn't? So i have to spend a free action for the ammo, a move action to load, a standard action to fire? No. Drawing ammo (shurikens are considered ammo) is a free action. Loading a bow with an arrow is a free action.

Is there a difference between Crossbows and regular bows in loading time?Yes. Loading a bow is a free action. If you have a high enough BAB, you can use a bow for your full number of attacks. Loading a crossbow takes time depending on which type of crossbow you are using. Read each crossbow entry, it will tell you there how much time it takes to reload. There is also the Rapid Reload feat.

Can i run in combat? If so, only straight, or however I'd like?Yes. Straight line. Also keep in mind that without the Run feat, you lose your Dex bonus and can get sneak attacked.Run

You can run as a full-round action. (If you do, you do not also get a 5-foot step.) When you run, you can move up to four times your speed in a straight line (or three times your speed if you’re in heavy armor). You lose any Dexterity bonus to AC unless you have the Run feat.

You can run for a number of rounds equal to your Constitution score, but after that you must make a DC 10 Constitution check to continue running. You must check again each round in which you continue to run, and the DC of this check increases by 1 for each check you have made. When you fail this check, you must stop running. A character who has run to his limit must rest for 1 minute (10 rounds) before running again. During a rest period, a character can move no faster than a normal move action.

You can’t run across difficult terrain or if you can’t see where you’re going.

Yes. You can do two move actions in a round, but if you do, you do not get a standard action.
