A crazy little weapon [Archive] - Wizards Community

10-19-05, 03:06 AM A made this little weapon for my epic level NPC character (lv20 war/lv1 com).

+6 triarc, distance, returning, distrupting rock.

What do you think?

10-19-05, 05:22 AM Triarc: a weapon with this property is similar to flaming,frost, and other energy-based weapons, except that rather than a single type of energy it is weakly sheathed in three different types of energy (acid, cold, electricity, fire, or sonic). Each type of energy in the triarc weapon deals 1 point of energy damage of the appropriate type. This property may be added to a weapon multiple times, but each time it has to be a different combination of energy types.

CL 3rd: Preq:Craft Magic Arms and Armor, energy spells of the appropriate types;
Market Price: +1

or I could just replace it with the Lesserbane property...

10-19-05, 05:36 AM Cant have more than a +5 bonus on any given weapon, and a rock would count a an improvised weapon. Better to make a bullet or shotput, or even a gnomish skiprock (as long as you had the apropriate prof)

Thus you would be able to negate any cover the target has and also improve your chances of hitting.

10-22-05, 11:46 PM A masterwork is always +300gp, as a weapon at least. A plain rock would probably be a no-price item, like a club.
So 300gp - by RAW, which probably isn't that important for you.
