Sithraldor 03-27-08, 03:51 PM	I saw a magic item called a sceptar in the Lost Empires of Faerun book. It is the size of a rod & functions like a wand or staff it can hold 1 or 2 spells of up to 7th level. Is there any other books that have sceptars in them. And do they use the same rules to creat as staffs.
