So, i'm making a Knight (essentually, horse/plate/lance/sword/shield/etc.. its a knight) BUT, my problem is that i'm unsure what i have to do - if anything - in reguards to 'making' the horse. I have the horses Speed, but i'm unsure if i need to do anything else, and where i would look to find out what that is and how to do it, if anything. Any help is greatly appricated

I don't understand the question...
Hrose stats are in the MM. Horse plate rules, full mail and lance are in the PHB.

Horse stats are here (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsters/horse.htm)
Riding information is here (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/skills/ride.htm)
Mounted Combat information is here (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/combat/specialAttacks.htm#mountedCombat)
You can look here (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/arch/rg) for even more information in the "All About Mounts" articles.

Thanks to both, basically i just wanted to know if there was anything i needed to know with the horse (the stats mostly). I asked because i heard people 'rolling up stats for their mounts' and i guess i was confused.

i heard people 'rolling up stats for their mounts' and i guess i was confused. While I suppose it's possible to roll up it's attributes and HP scores, most people just take the stats listed in the MM, then adjust movement and AC based on their load and any barding you might have purchased (Paladin Warhorses have a few more adjustments to make as well).
