Let's say i'm in a very narrow passage, only 10 ft wide.
2 enemies are side by side, about 20 ft from me, blocking the exit.

If I cast invisibility on myself and then try to move pass through them, will I become visible again when I enter one of the guy's space?

I think not since I'm not attacking them but my friend says yes because, to move in a space occupied by an enemy, I must do a bull rush, wich is an attack action.

Who is right?

Thanks in advance!

You're right. The Tumble skill gives a DC for entering someone's space, and is one of the few ways to do it if you're not a few size categories smaller.

25: Tumble at one-half speed through an area occupied by an enemy (over, under, or around the opponent) as part of normal movement, provoking no attacks of opportunity while doing so. Failure means you stop before entering the enemy-occupied area and provoke an attack of opportunity from that enemy.
Check separately for each opponent. Each additional enemy after the first adds +2 to the Tumble DC.

How the failure and attack of opportunity work is still up to DM interpretation.

I think the key issue here is whether or not you are in combat.

If you have 2 guards who have no idea you are there, and they are guarding the path. Each one is in a 5ft' square.

Move slowly, make a move silently check, and hope they don't notice you.

if you are noticed and are in their square, i'd think the invis is blown..
if you slip by though then they never knew you were there, thus no combat, no bull rush, and all that.

But again, that is simply my opinion.

(think about it- otherwise any 10ft wide corridor with 2 guards becomes completely impassable by rogues/invis spells, etc.. because of the rules on moving through opponents squares)

Assuming they are intelligent enough, they should get a chance to spot you.

Besides that, if they don't spot you or sense you in some way, they get no AoO.

If they do spot or hear you though your invisibility won't be blown. They can interact with you that's all. You're still invisibile though.

You can't take an AoO on a target with total concealment (ie invisible), so that's really not in question.
