I'm a lvl 5 Human Rogue, and my primary fighting style is using light crossbow. I wonder is it possible for me, in one turn, reaload, and then make ranged attack with light crossbow? 3.5 Rulebook says:

"Every round, you may take a standard action and a move action, two move actions, or one full-round action."

"In combat, the most prevalent standard action is an attack."

TABLE 8-2: Actions in Combat says:
Load a hand or light crossbow -> Move Action.

Doesn't this mean I should be able both to reload and fire my light crossbow?

Yes. You would use your move action to reload, and your standard action to fire...or vice versa. This, of course, would preclude you from moving (except with a 5' step).

There is always the Rapid Reload feat from the Player's Handbook which enables you to reload a light or hand crossbow as a free action, thus enabling a higher rate of attack (when that becomes available) and freeing up the move action to, well, move.
