adamantine increases a weapons/armors HP by 1/3. does this effect the extra HP that enhancment bonuses grant?

an adamantine longsword has 20 harness and 8 hp.

put a +1 on it and it's HP increases. normally every +1 enhancement bonus gives 10 hp, but does adamantine increase the bonus to 14(10+.33/10)

guess i'm asking... does adamantine increase total HP or just the base hp?

I'm inclined to say base hp only.

No, adamantine is a base material which already has 1/3 more hp than steel/iron. An enhancement is separate and isn't affected by the base material.
