I am currently playing a paladin with mounted combat feats and a lance, spirited charge included.
For determining triple damage with spirited charge, I have to roll three times.
But I always have my "bonus damage" from my strength modifier to factor in for those three rolls, correct? Now, what about "extra damage", from spells such as divine sacrifice? divine sacrifice and many other abilities read that they grant "extra damage" instead of "bonus damage". Other abilities that add "bonus damage" are things such as divine might, and power attack. Is "extra damage" not multiplied, and only effective for the first roll? For instance, lets say that I have a regular heavy lance with a strength modifier of +3 (1D8+3), and want to execute a spirited charge with divine sacrifice activated (5D6 "extra damage" on your next attack at the expense of 10 hitpoints, if you hit or miss), and divine might activated to grant a "bonus damage" of +4 from having 18 charisma.
Would I have to roll:
1st roll: 1D8 + 3 (strength modifier) + 4 (divine might) + 5D6 (divine sacrifice)
2nd roll: 1D8 + 3 (strength modifier) + 4 (divine might) + 5D6 (divine sacrifice)
3rd roll: 1D8 + 3 (strength modifier) + 4 (divine might) + 5D6 (divine sacrifice)

or:

1st roll: 1D8 + 3 (strength modifier) + 4 (divine might) + 5D6 (divine sacrifice)
2nd roll: 1D8 + 3 (strength modifier) + 4 (divine might)
3rd roll: 1D8 + 3 (strength modifier) + 4 (divine might)

The second.

The best way to look at it is this. Flat bonuses multiply. Extra dice do not.

So, if you have a weapon that does 1d8, various bonuses of +9, and flaming for +1d6, and you do a spirited charge for triple damage, you get

1d8, 3 times for 3d8. +9 three times for +27, and +1d6.
