I don't quite understand if you multiclass a character and get BAB out of both classes....

Lets say
First Class: +2
Second Class +6/+1

Which attack of the second calss can I add the +2 to?

And how do I add a third attack such as this....

First class: +6/+1
Second Class: +11/+6/+1

What exactly do I do here? The book doesn't describe this too well....

Thanks

add the first numbers.
Then look it up on the fighter chart.

so:
+2
+6/+1

is 8 so you look on the fighter chart (aka Full BAB progression) and find level 8.

Level 8 fighter hits at
+8/+3

Your second example:

+6/+1
+11/+6/+1

6+11 = 17

Level 17 fighter....you hit at:
+17/+12/+7/+2

easy :D

The Player's Handbook has this information on page 22. It is in table 3-1.

The 1st number is your BAB. Just worry about adding that correctly.

Extra attacks are added when you can take your current BAB, subtract 5, and still have 1 or more.

If your total BAB, from whatever classes you have, is 17 (as noted above), you can subtract 5 and get 12, again and get 7, and again and get 2. Thus, your Full Attack BAB is +17/+12/+7/+2.
