According to the RAW, an alchemist's lab: "always has the perfect tool for making alchemical items". If you purchase an alchemist's lab, then no matter what tool you may need to make an item, the lab has it.

What if I needed a mortar, pestle, and +5 Holy Avenger as tools in order to craft a glowing suntipped vampire stunting nail hammer?

By the RAW, can i reach into my alchemist's lab and draw out all three items?

As a DM, yes you could. I would not refuse the RAW no matter how silly.

However, I also believe in karma. Exploiting such a bug would lead to bad karma. As it just so happens, angels in my world hate bad karma like Bush hates "evil". Which, as we all know, is a lot. Evil changes everyday with him, but he does hate it so.
