There is the sure-striking weapon property in PGTF. +1, lets your weapon be treated as 1 of 4 alignments for overcoming dr.

If you put this on a bow does it confer the ability on the ammuntion fired from the bow? The description of the underlying spell, align weapon, doesn't say one way or the other, although you can put it on a group of ammunition, suggesting that if you put it on a bow it doesn't confer the ability on the ammunition.

Edit: In answer to your question, I'm just looking for a way to give the weapon the ability to overcome DR /good.

PGTF = Player's Guide to Faerun.

You don't mean the holy special ability, contained in the DMG, but the blessed special ability from BoED. The blessed special ability, however, comes from the bless weapon spell, which specifically says that, if placed upon a projectile weapon, doesn't confer the blessed ability on projectiles fired by the weapon. Thanks anyway though.

From what source does the sanctified weapon come? I don't see it under weapon special abilities in BoED.
