Alternate CON enhancement [Archive] - Wizards Community

07-08-05, 12:40 PM Because I'm playing a monk, I had to take an Amulet of Mighty Fists +5.

Wasn't there an alternate CON enhancer? I think they were bracers, but I cannot remember what book they are from. I would appreciate the help if anybody knows where such an item can be found.

There are bracers with con enhancement in the epic handbook.

07-08-05, 01:08 PM I shouldn't have asked about bracers. BTW, this is an epic 27th level game, so I can't afford the bracers in the ELH.

At the moment I was thinking of using a Belt of Priestly Might (+2 Natural Armor, +4 STR - Magic of Faerun), Dyrr's Impervious Vestment (+9 AC and a Blade Barrier 1x day which isn't really important). I also wanted to fill two slots with the Mantle of Great Stealth and Boots of Swiftness (+6 DEX enhancement). This gives some idea of what slots I still have opened. Being 27th level, I would certainly like a CON enhancer to gain the extra 27 hp/+2 enhancement.

07-08-05, 01:40 PM Forget it. I see now that I only have to take the epic feat Additional Magic Item Space to add the +6 Amulet of Health.

07-08-05, 03:00 PM Ioun stones, they cost twice as much as normal items but float around your head so they don't take up an item slot.
