One move action to go at your base speed. If you do not move, you may take a single five foot step.

One standard action, you can sast a spell with a casting time of One Action, make a single attack, and several other things as listed in the PHB. You may not perform more than one standard action in a turn.

Yau can perform as many free action as the dm says is reasonable. Only one quickened spell

There are basically four kinds of actions. Free actions, Move actions, Standard actions, and Full-round actions. They are entirely separate, and unswappable, except where explicitly stated.

I won't list what you can do with each type, because those are all listed in the PHB or SRD.

In any given round, you can either make a Move and a Standard action, or a Full-Round action. And as many Free actions as your DM allows. You can also trade your Standard action for a second Move action, but you cannot trade a Move for a Standard action.

So, take the various bits, and build the round you want. If you're Prone, for instance, you could use a Move action to stand up, and then either make another Move action to move your movement away, a Free action to Quickdraw a dagger and then a Standard action to throw it at someone, etc.
