No I do'nt think it does, but it might affect your touch attack to start it.
Grapple only counts: Str+ BAB + Feats.
Unarmed strikes aren't included.

04-16-07, 05:05 PM Nephlite has it. A grapple check is only your base attack bonus, your Strength modifier, and your size modifier, and the amulet of might fists improve none of these. It would definitely help improve the touch attack to inititiate the grapple, though.

04-16-07, 08:25 PM It will increase the damage you deal with "Damage your Opponent", since that uses your unarmed strike damage, but the to-hit doesn't do anything for grapple checks themselves.
