Where are the rules on precisely what one can do when one is carrying gear in excess of his carrying capacity? I've got Empowered Rays of Enfeeblement waiting for someone, and I want to make sure as to how hosed he is if I tag him with one. ;) |

While overloaded in this way, the character loses any Dexterity bonus to AC and can move only 5 feet per round (as a full-round action). Its safe to assume the character would also take at least a -6 skill check penalty. |
