It should be usable by any kind of character (no staffs/wands) and it should not be a custom item. Does something like this exist?
RavenDrake 11-07-07, 07:34 AM	There's the Eye of Horus(Dragon #325) which grants a handful of 1/day spell effects, one of which is Protection From Evil... other than that I can't think of anything...

aelryinth 11-07-07, 01:13 PM	Part of the Age of Worms storyline support in Dragon Magazine published some of these items as a Torc of Valor or something. Cost was 30k, which is pretty reasonable for what it does. ===Aelryinth
