What are the stats for them, i.e., damage, critical range, damage type, all that stuff?

I have no idea what you're trying to say right now.

In Dragon, issue 328, there was a weapon from the PS2 game God of War that they converted for usage in the DnD world. Since I do not have that Issue, nor am I able to find that issue anywhere near my house, I was wondering if someone could tell me the statistics for the weapon.

The cost is not in gold. Acquiring Anarch Razors requires a ritual sacrifice to a deity willing to bestow them. This sacrifice is of 1 permanent point of cha and 1 permanent point of str. There appears to be no mention of actual weight.
The article describes "The Anarch Razors" as +3 adamantine weapons that can mimic the effects of other metals (such as cold iron). They have 10' chains, allowing the wielder to hit enemies up to that far away. They always come in pairs and have a hardness of 20 and 40 hp, but cannot be sundered.
Once attached they cannot be removed save by divine intervention or amputation. Not even wish or miracle.

So they're Jack the Ripper style artifacts then?

Sweet.

the chains are welded to your forearms. It doesn't mention using other weapons, so I suppose you could, but i think it's assumed you wouldn't.
The Anarch Razors described in Dragon though, are actually considered lesser artifacts. the artifacts also provide whirlind atack as a bonus feat and +4 to grapple attemps because they can wrap around enemies.
If you don't want to deal with artifacts, you could just say that you get blades grafted to your arms that can hit people 10 ft away and deal 1d12 damage.
