"Blurring" Weapon enchantment? [Archive] - Wizards Community

10-26-06, 06:08 PM My question, in regards to the thread title, is if there is such an enchantment. A player in my game is playing a Iaijutsu Master and is finding it incredibly difficult to hold his own in combat past the first round (curse of the class). I figured I'd do some research for him and see if there was anything that could help him make most of his attacks against flat-footed targets.

10-26-06, 06:23 PM Blurstrike, in I think Races of the Wild and I think also repeated in Complete Adventurer.

Note though, you're forgetting part of the situation when Iaijutsu damage is allowed (the most important part): The attack must immidiatly follow the weapon being drawn.

To which I say: If you really want to help him out, I'd take a look at the Gnomish Quickrazor, an exotic weapon from RotW. :)
