Eternal wands (MIC)will let someone cast the arcane spell within. Is there a complement that will let an arcane caster cast divine spells? Moreover, is there a convenient way for a sorcerer to cast the bard's Zone of Silence?

Not sure this is helpful, but you'll note that because bard spells are considered arcane, you should be able find them in eternal wands. Unfortnately, because Zone of Silence is a fourth level spell, you won't be finding any eternal wands with that spell.

There is the PrC Dragon wizard that adds a few divine spells to your list (frelly chosen), but that is close to it.

As for your second question i think that would be a GM call. Perhaps you could work with your GM to research such a spell?
