Silverblade The Enchanter 07-08-07, 01:39 AM	is there such a thing in 3rd ed as a "tome" or the like that grants bonus feats? Considering there are tomes that give bonus to base stats, it would seem logical to suggest similar tomes that add bonus permanent feats, hm? Price same as +1 stat tome? I still haven't read fully through Magic Item Compendium, so maybe it lurks in there? ;) :)
Anathema 07-08-07, 03:35 AM	Nothing official. There are a fair amount of magic items that grant feats when you wield/wear them, though. If you were to make such an item, its price would vary; as not all feats are created equal, some might be fairly priced as a Manual +1, and others may not.

Alcalientre 07-08-07, 07:51 AM	This is a perfectly reasonable item. A +1 tome would be a good place to start, but the price should increase with prerequisites, ability score requirements, and level requirements.
