I have a pegasus that has 2 hooves and a bite attack. Also I am a paladin and the pegasus’s
hit dice have increased with my level. Now the pegasus base attack is +6/+1. Does this mean he gets three hove attacks? If not dose the amount of attacks he gets as a full action stay the same?

When using Natural Weapons, you never recieve additional attacks due to BAB.

It's decided by how many natural weapons you have.

Monsters get more natural weapons instead of a iterative attacks.

It should also be noted that they stack with iterative weapons, as long as they don't use the same arm twice, and the natural weapons count as secondary (even if they were originally a primary attack)

I.E. A creature with a primary bite and 2 secondary claw attacks could take TWF and Improved TWF and do the following:

BAB of 8

1) +6/+1 Long Sword with main hand, giving up the claw

2) +6/+1 Dagger with off hand, giving up the claw

3) +1 Bite attack (8-2 for the TWF, -5 for using the bite as a secondary)

slightly off topic, does your mount have multi-attack? ... if not consider getting that feat for your mount (-2 to secondary attacks rather than -5) ... BUT I don't think pegasi should be front line combatants (unlike griffons)
