SageBahamut 12-18-06, 02:35 PM	It's in the DMG, in the section under magical shields. I believe it's a +2 ability that makes your shield float beside you. You still take all the penalties for it, though. Even though you're not holding it, and it doesn't get in the way of your ability to two-hand wield. Go figure.
