Also, it says that you still take armor check penalties and other restrictions when using an animated shield but do you still take the -2 to attack when using a tower shield even though your not even holding it up? what do you guys think? |
| Llathos07-26-05, 05:38 PM | Pretty straightforward, I think. From SRD: A character with an animated shield still takes any penalties associated with shield use, such as armor check penalty, arcane spell failure chance, and nonproficiency. |
