I have 4 orcs and 2 players. Player 1 runs through a line of orcs. They've made an AoO on player 1. Player 2 runs through the line, he doesn't get an AoO since the 4 orcs already made thier AoO for this round. Is this correct? Shouldn't the orcs get another AoO for player 2. Understand it states that enemys get 1 AoO per round but is that meant 1 AoO per player?

Correct. Unless they have some feat or ability giving them extra attacks of opportunity per round, Player 2 will be able to run past the orcs without being attacked.

Remember the combat rounds are supposed to simulate 6 seconds of constant movement. What this situation represents is Player 1 clearing a path, while Player 2 slips past behind him. Kinda like blocking in american football.

I've used this technique many times.. often a fighter type with high AC will delibrately draw an AoO so the spellcaster can cast unhindered, or to cover a retreat.

Some monsters are intelligent enough to not take the first AoO they are offered in order to save it for later, but Orcs mostly aren't that tactical in combat.

EDIT: one correction. Each Orc gets an AoO, so if player 1 runs past all four, he gets attacked four times, not just once.
