| Ipsissimus09-22-04, 12:53 PM | Take the cost of the smallest piece of adamantite equipment you can find...say a dagger, then make it into a mortar/pestal. Though that might be expensive, it's not like you're going to add enchantments to it to inflate the cost. Otherwise, I'd say whatever the mortar/pestal cost is add the cost to make it masterwork. Though it specifically is for grinding up silver for you precious spells. That should be a good basis IMO or at least a start. |

| ClementWillowbreaker09-22-04, 04:24 PM | And repeat for seven or eight hours to get 5lbs of the stuff for any spell that requires it...if I were you, I would ask your DM to let you use a silver coin that is worth 50gp as the component, rather than 5lbs of silver dust. |
