Brain Cap from Underdark gives you +4 Resistance bonus on saves vs. Enchantment spells & effects. It makes you also immune to psionic Mind Blast attacks.

Then there's allways feats...

Some new stuff from Magic Item Compendium:

Crystal of Mind Cloaking, +1/+3/+5 competence bonus to mind affecting spells and abilities.

Crystal Mask of Mind Armor, +4 insight bonus to Will saves.

Third Eye Conceal, mind blank.

Ring of Mental Fortitude, mind blank (DMG2)

Cowl of Warding, mind blank + freedom (Magic of Faerun)

Take 2 levels of Pally.

I always try and grab a mind blank item for my fighters asap. It's that or start planning how to disect my party with my longsword.

If for whatever reason you have two feats just lying around and you have a high con mod, you can take Endurance (as a prerequisite) and Steadfast Determination to use your con mod for will saves instead of yoru wis mod.

Cowl of Warding, mind blank + freedom (Magic of Faerun) I was hoping this item would show up with a reduced price in the Magic Item Compendium. It's a nice thing to have, but the price of 200K gp is way steep. A Ring of Freedom of Movement is 40,000 gp, and a Ring of Mental Fortitude is 110,000 gp. The remaining money (30,800 gp using the standard formula) goes for Spell Turning at less than the minimum number of levels afforded by the spell.

Iron will is a pre-req of a feat called Indomitable will, which lets your roll 2d 20 instead and take the highest roll.

I'm trying to remember what book it's in, but there's a feat that allows you to sub your Cha mod for will saves instead of Wis. I think it's called Force of Personality.

Quoted for truthery. It's only on mind-affecting things, though. THere's another one, from heroes of horror, that works on Fear abilities. Now if only there were something so good for illusions...
