I'm not sure what you're asking here. If you're asking if you can make AoOs while you're prone, then the answer is yes, for the reason outlined below.

Yes, a prone character still threatens the squares around him. Being prone (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/conditionSummary.htm#prone) gives you penalties to attack and AC in melee combat, but you are still able to attack, and it doesn't mention that you lose the ability to threaten. Since you still threaten, you can still make AoOs.
