Say you are shooting a bow at an enemy. The enemy charges your friend who is 20 feet away. Deciding to get in the fray, when it is your turn, you drop your bow and move to the enemy, taking a draw with the move as is allowed when your BAB is higher than one. Do you invoke an AoO from anyone as a result of the draw?

No. The table in the PHB specifically says no attack of opportunity for drawing a weapon. It is possible however for your move to draw one.
