is there armor available that has an enchantment that negates all of the arcane spell failure? If so please let me know, if it can be made please let me know where to find the info on it.

There is an enchantment in the Book of Exalted Deeds that reduces spell failure, it's called Twilight. It's a 10% reduction, for a +1 enhancement. You can also take levels in the class in Complete Warrior..it reduces spell failure by 10% for the first level, and 5% every other level I think. You lose caster levels though for half of it.

But really, you don't need it.
I have a sorceress wearing a mithril shirt. It has a 10% ASF.
I have lost a total of 2 spells in well over a year of playing her.

ASF really isn't as bad as most people think it is. Yeah, so a mithril shirt and mithril buckler gives you 10% ASF. That still means that every spell you cast has a 90% chance of going off without a hitch. If thats too high, go for Padded Armor, describe it as a reinforced wizard's robe, and you'll only have 5% ASF. Its the equivolent of getting a natural 1 on an attack roll, except that you're casting a spell.
