If I´m arcane channeling a shocking grasp, for example, with a scimitar and roll an 18, then it´s a critical threat and I confirm it: is it also a critical with the shocking grasp?

No, if you channel through your weapon, your spell damage is not multiplied, even if you roll a 20. I believe a Sage advice or an FAQ entry explains this.

If you attack only with the Shocking Grasp, that's your weapon, and it can crit.

If you attack with your Channeling Sword, or with an unarmed strike, that is your weapon, while the spell is "bonus damage", not unlike a Shocking weapon.

The FAQ's not really necessary, if it is in there, because the rules explain this for unarmed strikes in Complete Arcane, and it can be extrapolated for any weapon with which you deliver a spell.

If the unarmed strike scores a critical hit, damage from the spell is not multiplied.
